bfast - scrambled egg sandwich on wheat
lunch - Bl!mpie sandwich - grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, bell peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, vinegar, pepper, spices
dinner - banana with peanut butter
snack - 2 3 musketeers bites
lots of water - walked at local park
For whatever reason, this time, I'm not struggling with exercising. I'm actually enjoying it and I'm making up my mind to "just do it." My favorite thing to do is hike. Of course, I can only do that on weekends, but when I do it, I am gone for about 2 hours and I'm enjoying every step. Even when I'm on the rough part and my heart is about to beat out of my chest. It's such a feeling of accomplishment to actually complete the trail.
As far as walking goes, it's not a whole lot of fun necessarily, but I am doing it and I'm consistent. I walk first thing when I come home. I immediately change clothes and go right back out the door.
I've always heard this, but it is interesting to experience. I'm really not as hungry when I exercise. I come home from work hungry, so I eat something for energy - typically a banana with peanut butter. I don't even want dinner when I come back from exercising - what a change for me!
