Bfast - Sl!mfast Bar
Lunch - shrimp cocktail and salad
Snack - 2 or 3 bite size 3 musketeers (I seem to get a sweet tooth after lunch!)
Dinner - turkey hotdog on whole wheat bun and turkey chili
Snack - 10 black bean chips with red pepper hummus (yummy!)
Drank lots of water
Still NO exercise this week!!
My plan tonight is to do a WATP DVD since I'm not getting out like I should.
Hubby and I are going to look for a 5k to run/walk in for the fall. It's one thing to "try to walk/run for exercise." It's something totally different when you're training for an event. I'm not much of a runner, but I would love to try!

I always plan to exercise, but never seem to get it done. It kind of gets lost in the busy-ness of the day
Me, too. "As soon as I've done _____, I'll do it." Well, when ____ takes a while, I run out of time. I'm hoping a 5k will be incentive for me to make time.
