Breakfast - Sl!mfast bar
Lunch - thought I would try a large bowl of veggie soup. It was good, but it just didn't satisfy me very well.
Snack - 2nd Sl!mfast bar - I try not to do 2 a day, but I was starving!! (ate around 3:00)
Snack - banana w/peanut butter
My second snack really satisfied me and hubby didn't get home until after 8:00. Together, we grilled chicken and mushrooms and I fixed corn as a side. I wasn't hungry, so I decided not to eat. Again, not something I usually do, but I'd say my snack could count as a meal, right?
Got lots of water in!
As of today, I have only drunk water (or skim milk) for a complete week!
I hiked for 30-45 minutes at a local park.
