Lunch - 1/2 turkey kielbasa, lots of green beans, sauteed mushrooms
Snack - Lipt0n cup of "soup" - quotes bc it's basically flavored water - yuck!
Snack - still hungry - Sl!mFast meal on the go bar
Supper - 6 bites of TBone steak, 8 grilled mushrooms
Snack - cup of cereal w/skim milk
Drank lots of water - still no exercise!! It was raining last night.
