lunch - turkey & swiss sandwich on wheat, chicken noodle soup
huge rush at home (Dr's appt, then church) no dinner, went to
Steak & Sh@ke with friends and had a strawberry yogurt milkshake
No exercise today - I hiked 1.5 miles Tues, but that was it. We've had plans every single weeknight and it's just hard to make time for it. We're also going hiking Saturday, so I'm getting it in sometimes. Truly, I need to get up earlier in the morning and do a WATP dvd, but that's just hard. I need to focus on exercise this week!!
